My daughter and I went here today for the 1st time. We had such a great experience. Emily greeted us with a smile, she was such a great help with choosing something similar to my favorite flavor. She suggested Mocha Monkey and it was actually better than my favorite usual store bought brand My daughter had cotton candy with cookie dough which she also loved. I remembered halfway through to take pictures. So many fun delicious looking flavors to choose from. There’s lots of seating and a nice comfy view by the windows. Thank you Emily for being so kind

This place is awesome. We ordered the bucket of ice cream. 6 scoops, 4 toppings, one banana and one cookie! And we can keep the bucket! My kids loved it. The personal was super friendly too! Highly recommended!

Espresso bean with crushed up Oreos on top delicious I’ve had their coffee ice cream get this instead so much more flavorful and my sister got the cheesecake. She says it’s better than real cheesecake.

Editting my original comment. We came here again and absolutely love it. Huge variety of flavors and a local, family-owned vibe, this ice-cream shop is reasonably priced and a joy to visit. We brought our toddler and baby. Not only do they have a kids table, they had loves of interesting decor that made them happy.

Took a nice ride to Banana's in Wallingford for some ice cream for dessert and we were not disappointed. The staff here was nice, and the ice cream was delicious. They have lots of great flavor options, including of course some fine banana ice cream options. This place is in a little plaza, set back from the road, but it is worth looking for and stopping in for some tasty treats... I almost forgot to mention the home-made whipped (whooped) cream - adds to the delightfulness of the experience! Of all the Banana Ice Cream options they have here, I like the regular/plain Banana Ice Cream the best of all.

We stopped here on a road trip to Texas. Wonderful ice cream with lots of choices! The flavors were true to what they were. We had a variety of treats: 1) a waffle cone with a scoop of black cherry ice cream and a scoop of peanut butter dream, 2) a junior banana split with black raspberry and black cherry ice cream covered with caramel sauce, whip-cream a cherry and sliced bananas, 3) cotton candy ice cream with Reese’s pieces 4) a waffle cone with sprinkles and chocolate covered strawberries ice cream. Bananas ice cream is absolutely delicious and the people who work there are genuinely friendly & helpful. Walking in there has a warm, family feel rather than the cold feeling you get from a chain ice cream store. We always enjoy going there!

This was a Google Maps find. I searched ice cream near me while shopping in Meriden. We thought the name was interesting and thought we had to give it a try. It was a great choice for hard ice cream. And we can't wait to go back again. They are allergy friendly. All you have to do is ask. They are very friendly and willing to answer your questions.
